Wang On Group Limited has announced a change in the book closure period for determining shareholder eligibility to attend and vote at the upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM). The new closure period is now set from 10 July to 11 July 2024, a slight adjustment from the previously scheduled dates. Shareholders must ensure their share transfers are registered by 9 July 2024 to participate in the SGM.
