Wang On Group Limited has announced their Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in Kowloon, Hong Kong, on 20 August 2024, where they will adopt the latest audited financial statements and re-elect directors. Shareholders will also consider resolutions to approve the repurchase of up to 10% of the company’s shares and grant directors the authority to issue additional shares within the coming year.
