Wang On Group Limited has announced a special general meeting (SGM) to be held in Central, Hong Kong, on July 11, 2024, where shareholders will vote on approving a Sale and Purchase Agreement and related transactions. Shareholders can appoint proxies to vote on their behalf, and the company has made provisions for share transfer registration leading up to the SGM. The resolution, if passed, will grant a Director the authority to implement the agreement and transactions.
