Wang On Group Limited and Wang On Properties Limited have announced further delays in sending out circulars related to a significant asset disposal, now rescheduled to be dispatched by 21 June 2024. Additionally, the completion deadline for the transaction, known as the Long Stop Date, has been extended to potentially 31 July 2024, subject to obtaining bank consent by 19 June 2024.
