WAM Microcap Limited has reported a change in Director Kate Thorley’s interests, with an acquisition of 538 Ordinary Shares directly through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, valued at $742.39. Prior to this transaction, Thorley held 232,654 indirect and 14,134 direct Ordinary Shares; following the change, the direct holdings increased to 14,672 shares, while the indirect holdings remained unchanged.
