WAM Capital Director Buys More Shares

WAM Capital Ltd. (AU:WAM) has released an update.

WAM Capital Limited has notified the ASX of a change in Director Geoff Wilson’s interest, reporting an on-market purchase of 28,901 ordinary shares, which increased his total holdings to 897,336 shares, valued at $41,906.45. There were no changes in the director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
