Wallenstam AB ( ($SE:WALL.B) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Wallenstam has entered into a transaction with JM involving the acquisition of future residential building rights in Lövholmen, a key development area next to Liljeholmen in Stockholm, while simultaneously selling building rights in the Älta urban development project in Nacka. Through a 50 percent company acquisition of the Stockholm Färgeriet 4 property, valued at approximately SEK 280 million, Wallenstam pays about SEK 140 million and will jointly develop the zoning plan with JM, aiming to create more apartments in a centrally located, high-demand district.

As part of the same deal, Wallenstam is divesting building rights in block 3 of Älta for an agreed property value of SEK 45 million, with transfer expected after property formation gains legal force in early 2027. The move reflects Wallenstam’s strategy to shape long-term sustainable and vibrant districts by reallocating its development portfolio, promoting a mix of tenure forms in Älta while deepening its presence in attractive central Stockholm through partnership with a major co-op developer.

The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:WALL.B) stock is a Buy with a SEK47.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Wallenstam AB stock, see the SE:WALL.B Stock Forecast page.
