Wall Financial Corporation has announced the postponement of its annual general meeting originally scheduled for June 13, 2024, to the following day, June 14, 2024, at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre Hotel. Shareholders are informed that no new business will be discussed on the original date other than the motion to adjourn, and all previously submitted proxies will remain valid for the rescheduled meeting.
