Walker River Resources Corp. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $500,400 through the issuance of 2.78 million units at $0.18 each. These funds are earmarked for further development of the company’s mineral properties and general working capital. Investors who purchased the units also received warrants, allowing them to buy additional shares at $0.25 within 24 months.
