Walker Crips Group plc successfully held its Annual General Meeting, with all proposed resolutions passed by shareholders, including the adoption of financial statements, director re-elections, and dividend declaration. Notably, the final dividend approved was 0.25 pence per Ordinary Share. The company will be submitting detailed results of the resolutions, excluding ordinary business, to the National Storage Mechanism.
