Walker Crips Group plc has announced the upcoming resignation of Clive Bouch, who will step down as a Non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director on June 26, 2024. The company’s Chairman, Martin Wright, acknowledged Bouch’s significant contributions and service over the past seven years. The Board is actively seeking to appoint two new Independent Non-executive Directors and will update on the progression of these appointments.
