Wai Kee Holdings Limited (HK:0610) has released an update.

Wai Kee Holdings Limited has announced the formation of the Vibro-Titan JV, a joint venture with Vibro Construction, with a significant subcontracting arrangement totalling approximately HK$2.7 billion. The agreement and subsequent transactions are classified as connected transactions requiring shareholder approval under the Listing Rules. An upcoming Special General Meeting is scheduled to seek independent shareholder approval for this venture.
