Wai Hung Group Holdings Ltd. (HK:3321) has released an update.

Wai Hung Group Holdings Ltd. has announced significant changes in its leadership, including the resignation of Ms. Rita Botelho dos Santos as an independent non-executive Director and chair of the audit committee, effective October 14, 2024. She will be succeeded by Mr. Lai Chi Leung. Additionally, Dr. Chew Chee Wah and Mr. Lum Pak Sum have been appointed as executive and independent non-executive Directors, respectively, bringing extensive experience in corporate management and restructuring to the board.
