Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Fenn David as the new Authorised Representative, following the resignation of the former representative Mr. Lam Kai Kei. This change, effective from 16 September 2024, ensures the company meets the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s requirement for having two authorised representatives. The company’s leadership now includes Mr. Lam Ka Chun as Chairman and CEO, alongside three independent non-executive directors.
