Wai Chun Bio-Technology Limited has postponed its extraordinary general meeting from 20 April 2026 to 24 April 2026 to comply with Hong Kong listing requirements on advance notice for register closure. The venue, agenda and proxy forms for the meeting remain unchanged, and previously submitted proxies will stay valid unless superseded by a later submission.
Due to the revised meeting date, the company has shifted its book closure period to 21–24 April 2026, during which no share transfers will be registered. Shareholders must complete share transfers by 4:00 p.m. on 20 April 2026 to qualify to attend and vote, with 24 April 2026 set as the new record date for determining voting entitlements at the rescheduled EGM.
