Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Wu Wing Kuen and Ms. Ding Xin as independent non-executive directors, effective from August 30, 2024. Mr. Wu brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at various listed companies and commendable public service, including a Bronze Bauhinia Star award. Both appointees will also serve on key board committees, with Mr. Wu chairing the Remuneration Committee and Ms. Ding leading the Audit Committee.
