Wah Wo Holdings Group Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 23, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and appointment of independent auditors. The meeting will also seek approval to empower the Directors to issue additional shares and make offers that might require the issuance of shares, with a limitation set at 20% of the total number of shares in issue at the time of passing the resolution.
