Wacom Revamps Board With Two New Independent Outside Directors

Wacom Co ( (JP:6727) ) just unveiled an update.

Wacom Co., Ltd. plans to refresh its board structure, appointing two new outside directors, asset management executive Yuko Oka and international banking veteran Andrea Knoblich, both of whom meet the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s standards for independent directors.
