Wabash National Reports Q1 2025 Earnings Amid Market Challenges

Wabash National ( (WNC) ) has released its Q1 earnings. Here is a breakdown of the information Wabash National presented to its investors.

Wabash National Corporation is a leading provider of supply chain solutions for the transportation, logistics, and infrastructure markets, offering a wide range of products including trailers, truck bodies, and specialty equipment. In its first-quarter earnings report for 2025, Wabash reported a decline in revenue to $380.9 million, a 26.1% decrease from the previous year, largely due to weaker demand in its Transportation Solutions segment. Despite this, the company recognized a significant $342 million gain from a legal verdict reduction, resulting in a GAAP operating income of $315 million. However, on a non-GAAP basis, the company experienced an adjusted operating loss of $27.4 million, reflecting the challenging market conditions. The Parts & Services segment showed resilience with a 5.5% increase in net sales, highlighting its potential as a stable revenue source. Looking ahead, Wabash has adjusted its 2025 revenue outlook to $1.8 billion and expects a non-GAAP adjusted EPS range of $(0.85) to $(0.35), as the company navigates tariff-related uncertainties and anticipates a need for fleet replacements in the coming years.
