On April 8, 2026, Wabash National announced that Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer Michael N. Pettit stepped down from his executive role and shifted to a non-executive consulting position as Senior Advisor, reporting to the CEO or a designee. He is expected to remain in this advisory capacity through the third quarter of 2026 to support continuity as the company manages the transition of his responsibilities.

Under a Transition Agreement dated April 8, 2026, Pettit will continue to receive his existing base salary, pro-rated eligibility for a 2026 annual incentive bonus and ongoing vesting of outstanding equity awards through the separation date, but he will not receive new cash or equity incentives during this period. His separation is expected to be treated as a termination without cause under the company’s Executive Severance Plan, entitling him to severance benefits subject to release and covenant conditions, while his resignation from the officer role ends his participation in the Change in Control Severance Pay Plan.
