Wabash National Announces Strategic Executive Leadership Changes

Wabash National (WNC) has shared an update.

Wabash National Corporation has announced a series of executive transitions: Michael N. Pettit will move from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Growth Officer starting September 1, 2024, without any immediate change to his compensation. Patrick Keslin is set to replace him as CFO, receiving a salary increase to $450,000 and enhanced incentive opportunities. Additionally, Senior Vice President and COO Dustin T. Smith will resign and serve as Senior Advisor until December 2024, maintaining his salary and eligibility for certain incentives during the transition. These strategic shifts in leadership come with no reported internal disagreements and are part of the company’s ongoing management evolution.
