WA Kaolin Ltd. (AU:WAK) has released an update.

WA Kaolin Ltd. has announced a significant increase in director Kenneth Hall’s interest in the company, with Hall acquiring an additional 46,666,667 ordinary shares at a total consideration of $2.8 million, or $0.06 per share, through a company placement. This transaction has raised Hall’s total holdings to 102,327,898 ordinary shares in WA Kaolin Ltd.
