Vysarn Limited has experienced a change in the interests of a substantial holder, with Lonesearch Pty Ltd and associated parties seeing their voting power decreased from 6.75% to 5.51% due to dilution from the issuance of new placement shares. The dilution affected the total number of votes without any associated consideration, and James Clement, director of both Lonesearch Pty Ltd and Tombel Holdings Pty Ltd, remains the controller of the substantial shareholding.
