Vysarn Ltd Director Increases Shareholding

Vysarn Limited has reported a change in director James Clement’s interests, with an exercise of performance rights resulting in an increase in his indirect shareholding. Clement’s associated entity, Lonesearch Pty Ltd, now holds 24,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares, up from 22,833,332, with no disposal of shares and no monetary transaction involved in this change.
