Vysarn Limited has announced its acquisition of Waste Water Services Pty Ltd (WWS), a leader in wastewater treatment solutions, with the purchase set to enhance Vysarn’s portfolio and drive over 20% earnings per share growth. The $7.5 million deal, to be paid in cash and funded through reserves and debt, signifies Vysarn’s strategic expansion in water treatment services and is expected to complete by November 29, 2024, subject to due diligence and funding arrangements. This move promises to deliver immediate organic growth opportunities, particularly through wastewater treatment plants for the resource sector.
