VTech Holdings Limited has announced the grant of 1,465,000 share options to five eligible participants under its share option scheme, with an exercise price set at HK$50.05 per share. The options will vest over three years, starting from 2025, without any performance targets or clawback mechanisms, aiming to align the interests of the recipients with those of the company and its shareholders, and to encourage long-term commitment to VTech’s continuous development.
