VTech Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of USD 0.48 per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2024, with an exchange rate set at USD 1 to HKD 7.8058 for shareholders in Hong Kong. The dividend is approved by shareholders and will be payable on 8 August 2024, with the ex-dividend date being 26 July 2024.
