VRX Silica Ltd has revised its fundraising approach, cancelling the previous entitlement offer and announcing a new fully underwritten issue to raise approximately $2.46 million before expenses. This offer will allow eligible shareholders to purchase new shares at $0.055 each, with additional incentives in the form of attaching options. The funds from this raise will support the company’s various silica sand projects and general working capital.
