VR Resources ( (TSE:VRR) ) has shared an update.

VR Resources has completed a large 3D-array DCIP geophysical survey over the Copper Queen target at its Bonita porphyry copper-gold project in Nevada, finishing the program on time and on budget. The state-of-the-art DIAS32 survey covers a 1.5 by 3.5 kilometre grid over a hill interpreted as an alteration lithocap, generating high-density resistivity and IP datasets to depths of about 400 metres.

The company aims to use the new data to map subsurface sulfide and alteration minerals and refine drilling targets beneath historic copper workings and surface alteration. Management views the survey as a key step toward vectoring in on a potentially buried alkaline porphyry copper-gold system, which could materially advance Bonita’s exploration profile and strengthen VR’s positioning in U.S. copper-gold exploration if follow-up drilling confirms the target.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:VRR) stock is a Hold with a C$0.29 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on VR Resources stock, see the TSE:VRR Stock Forecast page.
