Voyageurs du Monde SA has announced a public share buyback offer to purchase up to 866,666 of its own shares at a price of 150 euros per share, aiming to reduce its capital. The buyback represents a significant 20.06% of the company’s capital and offers a 16.3% premium over the share price on April 22, 2024. Shareholders have a minimum of 20 calendar days to participate in the offer once it opens.
