Voyageurs du Monde SA successfully completed its public share buyback offer, repurchasing 866,666 shares at €150 each, totaling €129,999,900. Due to an oversubscription, shares were proportionally reduced and unaccepted shares returned to the shareholders. Post cancellation of the repurchased shares, the company’s capital will decrease to 3,434,278 euros, and the liquidity contract will be reactivated on July 19, 2024.
