Vox Royalty Corp. is set to release its Q1 2024 financial results on May 8, 2024, and will hold its virtual Annual General Meeting on May 30, wherein shareholders will vote on the election of Shannon McCrae to the Board of Directors. McCrae is nominated to replace Pascal Attard, who is stepping down but will continue as CFO. The addition of McCrae is aimed at bolstering the company’s governance team with her extensive mining experience.
