Vortex Metals Inc. is set to raise $1.45 million through a non-brokered private placement of over 16 million units at $0.09 each, which includes a common share and half a purchase warrant. The funds are earmarked for general working capital and exploration expenses. The placement, which also offers finder’s fees and warrants, is pending regulatory approval and comes with a four-month hold period.
