Vortex Energy Corp. has successfully extracted 279 meters of core showing visible salt mineralization at the Robinsons River Salt Project, indicating the potential for substantial hydrogen storage capacity. The core samples, which are free from elements detrimental to energy storage, will be sent for detailed analysis and proof of concept trials. This marks a significant advancement in the project, bolstering the previous estimates of the site’s capacity to house over 250,000 tonnes of hydrogen.
