Vongroup Limited announces a change in its corporate structure with Wong Wing Cheung appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative, succeeding Po In San, effective from 31 August 2024. Mr. Wong brings over 15 years of experience in various financial disciplines to his new role at the company. The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Po for her contributions and has confirmed her resignation is due to personal reasons, with no disagreements or undisclosed concerns.
