Vonex Limited has announced a significant change in the holdings of director Jason Gomersall, who acquired 26,760,756 ordinary shares through JPOB Investments Pty Ltd via an off-market trade. The shares, valued at $990,147.97, were transferred as debt forgiveness at the market value during negotiations. Consequently, Gomersall’s direct interest in the company has increased to 30,715,335 ordinary shares after the transaction.
