Volvere PLC, a growth and turnaround investment company, has recently bought back 10,000 of its own shares at 1,499 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This buyback has altered the company’s total number of shares in circulation, now leaving 2,208,922 Ordinary Shares available for trading on the AIM. The transaction is considered significant insider information as per UK market regulations.
