Volvere plc, an investment firm listed on AIM, has recently bought back 5,000 of its own shares at a price of 1,450 pence each, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, Volvere will have over 6 million shares in issue, with about 4 million held in treasury and the remaining shares available for trading. This move is considered significant inside information under the UK Market Abuse Regulations.
