Volvere PLC, an investment company specializing in growth and turnaround, has recently repurchased 5,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1,485 pence per share, which will now be held in treasury. Following this transaction, Volvere’s total shares in issue amount to 6,207,074, with 3,973,152 in treasury and 2,233,922 shares remaining for trading on the AIM market.
