Volvere PLC, a growth and turnaround investment company listed on AIM, has announced the repurchase of 5,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1,480 pence per share, which will be held in treasury. After this transaction, the company’s total number of shares in issue stands at 6,207,074, with 3,963,152 held in treasury and 2,243,922 shares remaining for calculating voting rights. The buyback is part of the company’s strategy and reflects its current cash position and future prospects.
