Volution Group plc has disclosed that Ronnie George, the CEO, along with his wife Lynsey George, sold 2.3 million company shares at £5.60 each, reducing their holding to 0.88% of Volution’s issued share capital. The sale was made for portfolio diversification purposes, and Ronnie George remains committed to his role within the company. The transaction does not affect the company’s capital, as it was not a party to the sale.
