Volta Finance ( (NL:VTA) ) has shared an update.
Volta Finance has allocated part of its directors’ quarterly fees in the form of equity, purchasing 4,401 ordinary shares at an average price of €6.64 per share for issuance to board members in line with its remuneration policy. Under this structure, each director receives 30% of annual fees in shares that must be held for at least one year, resulting in incremental shareholdings for Chairman Dagmar Kershaw and directors Stephen Le Page, Yedau Ogoundele, Joanne Peacegood and Simon Holden, which modestly increases director alignment with shareholders and reinforces governance practices under EU market abuse regulations.
