An update from Volta Finance ( (NL:VTA) ) is now available.
Volta Finance has issued 4,575 ordinary shares as part of its established remuneration policy, under which directors receive 30% of their fees in company stock that must be held for at least one year. The on-market purchases, executed in London at an average price of €5.92 per share, increase board members’ equity stakes modestly, reinforcing governance alignment with shareholders while resulting in minimal dilution due to the small number of shares involved.
Chairman Dagmar Kershaw acquired 1,392 shares, bringing her holding to 39,761 shares, or 0.11% of the company’s issued capital. Directors Yedau Ogoundele, Joanne Peacegood and Simon Holden added 975, 1,183 and 1,025 shares respectively, lifting their holdings to between 0.02% and 0.03% each, in transactions disclosed under EU market abuse regulations to maintain transparency for investors.
