Volta Finance Directors Boost Shareholdings

Volta Finance (GB:VTA) has released an update.

Volta Finance Limited has disclosed the acquisition of 3,380 of its own ordinary shares at €5.2 per share as part of the directors’ fees arrangement, with directors required to hold these shares for at least one year. Directors, including Chairman Dagmar Kershaw, have increased their individual shareholdings, which collectively represent a marginal percentage of the company’s issued shares. This move aligns director compensation with shareholder value and demonstrates commitment by the management team to the company’s performance.
