Volt Resources Ltd (AU:VRC) has released an update.
Volt Resources Ltd has secured a A$500,000 loan from three of its major shareholders to push forward its high purity graphite production strategy and further develop its Bunyu graphite project. The funds will also provide general working capital for the company. The loan terms include a 10% fixed interest rate, a four-month maturity period, and it is unsecured with a 5% drawdown fee.
