Volt Resources Ltd ( (AU:VRC) ) has provided an update.
Volt Resources has amended its binding offtake agreement with China’s Qingdao Baixing Graphite Co., Ltd, extending the contract’s start to match the revised Bunyu development schedule and sharply increasing contracted coarse flake graphite volumes from 12,000 tonnes per year to 20,000 tonnes per year in Years 1–2 and 90,000 tonnes per year in Years 3–5, with an option for a further five-year extension. The expanded offtake, which is contingent on successful Stage 2 expansion from Year 3, aligns with Bunyu’s higher Stage 1 production target of 40,000 tonnes per annum, underpins Volt’s funding and development arrangements with the Unbounded Opportunities Fund, and strengthens the project’s revenue profile by locking in demand for higher-margin coarse graphite from a major Chinese graphite manufacturer.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:VRC) stock is a Hold with a A$0.01 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Volt Resources Ltd stock, see the AU:VRC Stock Forecast page.
