Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire an interest in Green Battery Minerals Inc.’s Berkwood Graphite Project, which lies in Northern Quebec. This deal includes an option for Volt to gain a 5% interest in the property and 4 million Green Battery shares, in exchange for $150,000 in exploration expenses and a potential $1.5 million cash payment. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing Volt’s graphite resources for use in lithium-ion batteries and expanding its sustainable energy footprint in North America.
