Volpara Health Technologies Ltd., a New Zealand-based company specializing in cancer detection software, has received final approval from the High Court for a scheme of arrangement with Lunit Inc. The company’s shares will be suspended from trading in anticipation of implementing the scheme, which will culminate in Volpara’s delisting from the ASX after Lunit acquires all shares at AU$1.15 each on May 21, 2024.
