Volex plc has announced a proposed final dividend of 2.8 pence per share, payable on August 30, 2024, with the option for shareholders to receive the dividend in shares via the Scrip Dividend Scheme. The price for new shares under the scheme has been set at 351.1 pence, based on the average mid-market closing price post-ex-dividend.
