Volex plc has announced the issuance of 33,575 new Ordinary Shares as part of its scrip dividend alternative, with shares to start trading on AIM on August 30, 2024. This move will bring the company’s total issued share capital to 181,651,108 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. The newly issued shares will be treated equally with the existing shares in all respects.
